STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION
Construction of a reinforced-concrete strip foundation;
Construction of the plinth section up to a maximum height of 60 cm — three stone courses;
Backfilling works at the “0” level and preparation for the reinforced-concrete base layer;
Masonry works;
Construction of reinforced-concrete columns;
Construction of reinforced-concrete stairs between floors — for buildings with more than one storey;
Construction of reinforced-concrete floor slabs — for buildings with more than one storey;
Construction of the entrance steps to the plinth level;
Construction of reinforced-concrete lintels above doors and windows;
Installation of the roof structure and covering.
READY FOR RENOVATION
Installation of the reinforced-concrete base layer at the “0” level;
Installation of the main under-concrete sections of water supply and sewerage lines;
Waterproofing of the foundation and the parts of masonry walls in contact with the ground — one layer of bitumen and transverse and longitudinal application of roofing felt or TechnoNIKOL membrane;
Exterior facade plastering;
Interior plastering;
Installation of facade door and window systems — windows, ventilation windows, and a security entrance door;
Installation of the under-roof layer and application of 3 mm aluminium-foil insulation using cleaned formwork materials.
