We provide professional, licensed design services for construction projects. We prepare both architectural planning designs required for construction permits and sketch projects necessary for property registration (title deeds/kupça) in accordance with state standards.
Design is the initial and most critical phase of the construction process. During project execution, our specialists develop detailed plans by incorporating client requirements, modern construction standards, technical regulations, and specific site conditions.
Our Services:
Sketch Project (BTI): Preparation of preliminary documents required by the State Real Estate Registry Service to obtain property ownership certificates (kupça) for existing structures (private homes and commercial properties).
Architectural Planning: Development of licensed and sealed projects in compliance with the requirements of the Executive Power and the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture to initiate construction.
